What you will do

• Define and execute the applied science roadmap to improve recommendation quality and traveler engagement across B2B products.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of ML initiatives, from problem framing and data discovery to model development and rollout.
• Translate partner needs into clear technical requirements and prioritized backlogs for the Machine Learning Science team.
• Drive program execution and transparency across cross-functional teams, managing timelines and risks.
• Promote operational excellence in the science lifecycle through best practices in experimentation and evaluation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management within ML or data-intensive domains.
• Strong understanding of applied ML (supervised learning, ranking, recommendations) and data ecosystems like data lakes.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured scientific problem statements and measurable metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
