What you will do

• Lead pioneering product development for AI-driven protein design and antibody engineering.
• Define novel, generative AI agent-based experiences to accelerate drug discovery.
• Integrate computational design pipelines with laboratory workflows to create efficient therapeutic design systems.
• Define key product directions and invent new machine learning techniques to change the state of practice.
• Collaborate with research scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex scientific concepts into product requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical experience in software, network, or IT development.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products through the full lifecycle.
• Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly visible environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or Structural Biology.
• Understanding of protein structure prediction tools like AlphaFold, RFDiffusion, or ProteinMPNN.
• Experience with drug discovery workflows and therapeutic development processes.
• Track record of successful product launches leveraging ML/AI technologies.
