What you will do

• Lead the design and continuous enhancement of policies, controls, and regulatory frameworks within the SRT space.
• Translate CRR and Securitisation Regulation into clear, practical, and implementable guidance for stakeholders.
• Assess legal documentation and transaction structures to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Identify control gaps, emerghirify.global risks, and regulatory impacts to drive improvements in 2LoD oversight.
• Connect regulatory requirements, models, and risk outcomes to resolve inconsistencies and weaknesses.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the SRT framework and oversight approach.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a prudential regulatory field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in financial risk, preferably within securitisation or prudential regulation.
• Deep knowledge of CRR, SECR, and associated regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and conceptual mindset for translathirify.global complex topics into clear insights.
• Proven ability to constructively challenge and influence senior stakeholders in a second-line environment.
• Experience with risk frameworks, policy, or governance.
