What you will do

• Lead and deliver complex internal audits, investigations, and special reviews across various business functions and subsidiaries.
• Assess the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of audits covering financial, compliance, and technology risks, including SAP, AI, and cybersecurity.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to present findings and drive effective risk management.
• Lead and develop cross-functional audit teams, mentoring junior auditors to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of audit methodologies, procedures, and overall strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive auditing experience in multinational or large corporate environments.
• Strong experience in governance, risk management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, or CFE are preferred.
• Experience with IT Audit, Cybersecurity, SAP, Digital Risk, and Data Analytics is highly desirable.
