What you will do

• Provide senior leadership for enterprise application enablement services across Finance, People, Project, Enterprise, and Client Operations systems.
• Build and continuously improve delivery capabilities for platforms including Workday, Dynamics, Proteus, and ServiceNow.
• Establish operational environments, governance, delivery controls, and quality assurance practices across the DevOps lifecycle.
• Partner with Product Leaders, business stakeholders, IT Managers, and IT Practices to align priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Manage platform risk, lifecycle management, compliance, security, regulatory, architectural, and audit requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, capability development, performance management, and sustainable team capacity across onshore and offshore resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in managed services, end-to-end IT delivery, application operations, workforce management, quality assurance, and operational governance.
• Experience leading persistent delivery across products and technologies in enterprise technology environments.
• Sound knowledge of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and contemporary ways of working.
• Strong leadership skills covering coaching, mentoring, performance management, and workforce capability uplift.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes in a complex IT environment.
