Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid (Tianjin, China) - 3 days onsite per week at the Baodi Factory

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build strong talent pipelines for high-volume production and logistics roles.
• Maintain candidate engagement through proactive and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with leadership to determine offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in high-volume hiring.
• Working proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) for business communication.
• Ability to work onsite in industrial environments in Tianjin.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and local employment regulations.
