What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair hirify.global equipment, including workstations, printers, POS systems, and self-checkout units.
• Resolve service issues to ensure high customer satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform hardware maintenance on desktops, servers, and peripherals.
• Handle on-call duties and flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma or equivalent.
• Category B driving license.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Experience with Ghost imaging procedures.
• Aptitude for working with mechanical and electrical components.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call duty.
