What you will do

• Partner with GTM executives to align analytics initiatives with global business objectives and drive QBRs.
• Analyze pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and campaign ROI to influence strategic business outcomes.
• Translate complex business questions into scalable analytical solutions using SQL, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Develop AI self-service capabilities and productivity tools using semantic models, text-to-SQL, and Cortex Analyst.
• Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, Marketo, and Snowflake through automated testing and reconciliation.
• Represent the company as a thought leader in the business intelligence space at industry events.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Analytics/BI within large-cap tech or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Technical mastery of advanced SQL, dbt, and Python for data transformation and AI-powered applications.
• Proven experience with B2B GTM technology stacks including Salesforce and Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with the data pipeline ecosystem, specifically Airflow and Snowflake.
• Experience or strong interest in building AI-driven analytics workflows using frameworks like Streamlit.
• Executive presence with the ability to advise and push back on VP+ stakeholders.
