Senior Product Analyst (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead deep-dive analysis of customer funnels to identify opportunities for improving conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Own the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Identify growth opportunities and influence product roadmaps through data-led recommendations.
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical leadership.
• Build and evolve dashboards and self-serve analytics capabilities to scale insights across product teams.
• Mentor junior analysts to raise the bar for analytical quality across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong grounding in statistics, including hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with Python (pandas, NumPy) for large-scale data analysis.
• Proven track record of leading A/B testing programs and influencing product decisions in e-commerce or digital products.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and product leadership teams.
