Senior Digital Analyst (Store Colleague Experience)

Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 60% of the week at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely

What you will do

• Partner with product managers and UX leads to define objectives, key results, targets, and product recommendations.
• Execute end-to-end analysis, including requirements gathering, success metrics, data-source validation, analytical method selection, and insight delivery.
• Analyse product releases, validate hypotheses, and identify areas for optimisation and initiative prioritisation.
• Use data from multiple sources and external industry benchmarks to identify trends, opportunities, and answers to business questions.
• Assess the commercial impact of recommendations and represent the analytics team with clients and partners.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues and peers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in digital analytics and contributing to multidisciplinary product development teams.
• Strong SQL, advanced ETL, data collection from multiple sources, and experience with big data, business intelligence, and data visualisation tools.
• Experience with Hadoop and Tableau is preferred within the analytics toolkit.
• Ability to define metrics, analyse complex problems, influence without authority, and make data-based decisions involving trade-offs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• A 2:1 or higher university degree in a quantitative discipline or relevant experience, plus commercial awareness.
