Senior Associate, Strategic Business Development & Partnerships - Europe

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Remote-first and London-based; the role includes occasional evening events, travel across Europe, and on-site event logistics.

What you will do

• Plan and run brand partner events, sponsored activations, supper clubs, and creator dinners across Europe.
• Manage vendors, guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, run-of-show documents, and on-site logistics.
• Identify and contact creators, coordinate meetings and demos, and maintain creator relationships.
• Support brand meetings, lunches, and dinners by preparing briefings, documenting follow-ups, and tracking deliverables.
• Research the European brand and creator landscape, maintain partnership pipelines, and build systems for a growing regional team.
• Coordinate Europe’s priorities with New York-based teams across time zones and manage scheduling, travel, updates, and recaps.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, project-led roles, fashion, beauty, PR, events, or a high-growth technology company.
• Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and project management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Experience planning or supporting events, activations, or client-facing programs.
• Polished, warm communication style and confidence representing the company with brands and creators in person.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup, handle ambiguity, and take ownership.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom; openness to occasional evening events, travel across Europe, and calls with New York teams is required.

Nice to have

• Management consulting or other project-led experience.
• Familiarity with the European fashion, beauty, and creator landscape.
• Additional European languages.
