What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of a dedicated category within the ESN portfolio, driving its growth and impact.
• Manage the portfolio lifecycle, including new product innovations, relaunches, and retirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns across relevant channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically product development and sales, to ensure brand alignment.
• Translate market trends and consumer insights into actionable growth opportunities and strategic decisions.
• Oversee product budgets, pricing models, and forecasting to optimize performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing management within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of managing products across their full lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Strong analytical skills in market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and German.
• Must be based in Germany to accommodate monthly on-site requirements in Hamburg.
