What you will do

• Collaborate with service teams to define and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs).
• Design and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
• Support observability practices, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives following service incidents.
• Optimize deployment workflows and maintain the evolution of cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure).
• Partner with development and infrastructure teams to ensure operational consistency across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience with infrastructure engineering, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, and Go.
• Experience using Terraform (IaC) and Kubernetes (K8s) in AWS or Microsoft Azure environments.
• Knowledge of GitLab and GitLab CI/CD for deployment and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef.
• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms like Prometheus and Grafana.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to support operational efficiency.
