What you will do

• Lead troubleshooting investigations to resolve complex technical problems impacting customers.
• Serve as the technical single point of contact for clients, building impactful professional relationships.
• Manage core reliability workstreams, including incident response, backup/DR validation, and security patching.
• Oversee secure access management and audit log monitoring.
• Create comprehensive documentation and perform knowledge transfer to enable the broader Operations team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT, preferably in cloud engineering, SRE, or platform services.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, etc.).
• Proficiency in network and security troubleshooting (DNS, Routing, WAF, VPN).
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Ruby, Bash, or Powershell) and IaC (Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation).
• Must have previous 24/7 production on-call experience using incident management tools like PagerDuty.
• English: Conversational level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/ECS), and container vulnerability remediation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub/GitLab).
• Experience with MySQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud governance/compliance tools (Lacework, AWS Config).
• AWS Associate level certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps, DevOps).
• Exposure to Azure (AKS, VNet, Azure Backup).
