What you will do

• Develop detailed knowledge of global requirements for electrified products in collaboration with regional experts.
• Support the design of new technology and prototype products to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead risk assessments and manage mitigations to ensure actions are delivered to timelines.
• Provide leadership to drive project execution and engage with senior business stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues and identify engineering best practices in line with industry standards.

Requirements

• Qualifications in an Engineering discipline relevant to electrical and electrified products.
• Working knowledge of risk management, including the ability to produce and interpret assessment reports.
• Experience working with Product Safety Standards and Legal requirements.
• Experience interpreting and implementing standards such as IEC60204-1, ISO12100, ISO13849, and ISO61508.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate across functional areas.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite 5 days a week in Peterborough, UK.
