What you will do

• Build and structure business cases, ROI assessments, and operational models for market expansion initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous business requests into actionable implementation plans, decision-making frameworks, and launch criteria.
• Prepare and present initiative proposals and go/no-go recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end market expansion and localization initiatives from initial planning to operational launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional implementation across Product, Finance, Legal, Payments, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Establish scalable project documentation, governance structures, and post-launch performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience in execution-driven project management for complex, high-impact initiatives.
