What you will do
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets from initiation to closure.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal creative, technical, and account teams.
- Coordinate resource allocation and monitor team performance to ensure project success.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards through effective control measures.
Requirements
- Must be based in Mexico
- Significant experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
