Software Engineer (C#)

Artificial Lift Performance develops commercial software and technology solutions for artificial lift, automation, data analytics, and connected industrial operations as part of ChampionX and its planned integration with SLB.

What you will do

• Deliver, maintain, and take ownership of high-quality commercial software.
• Make technical design decisions and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Own feature brief documents for product enhancements.
• Help evolve the platform architecture toward microservices and containerized systems.
• Resolve high-profile, urgent, and strategically important technical challenges.
• Mentor junior developers and support the engineering team with third-line support responsibilities.

Requirements

• 2 or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong commercial software engineering experience with C#, Entity Framework, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design.
• Experience with relational and non-relational data technologies, including database performance analysis and tuning at scale.
• Experience with frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge or experience with unit and integration testing frameworks, plus the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, HTMX, Blazor, PostgreSQL, SCSS, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, machine learning, or IoT.
