TL;DR

Salary: £100,000–£120,000 per year

What you will do
- Build and ship product features end-to-end, from rapid prototypes and MVPs to polished user experiences.
- Develop frontend applications with TypeScript, Vue 3 Composition API, and Tailwind.
- Contribute to backend services using Node, Bun, Koa, PostgreSQL, Prisma, AWS, and REST APIs.
- Resolve complex technical impasses, standardise engineering practices, and improve performance, reliability, and developer experience.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to shape product direction.
- Support hiring, performance management, and technical roadmap planning.
Requirements
- Extensive experience building modern frontend applications with TypeScript and Vue 3.
- Solid backend experience with Node-based services and relational databases.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Prisma, AWS, and REST APIs.
- Ability to work independently, make pragmatic decisions, and ship iteratively in a hybrid environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
