Full Stack Developer (.NET)

Location: Makati (Manila), Philippines; onsite, four days in the office; morning shift hours

What you will do

• Design, build, and enhance enterprise-scale applications used in global investment operations.
• Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code that addresses business problems.
• Collaborate with the New Zealand engineering team and squad through refinement and solution design.
• Improve system reliability, data integrity, security, and delivery quality across platforms.
• Use unit testing, code reviews, continuous refactoring, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor teammates, share knowledge, and work closely with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, and SQL.
• Experience with xUnit or NUnit and a focus on reliable, testable code.
• Ability to break down complex problems and deliver practical solutions.
• Experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams and understanding of modern software architectures.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Frontend experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, design tokens, Angular, React, Tailwind, or Storybook.
• Experience with Dapper, Liquibase, or database migration tools.
• Familiarity with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Playwright, Cucumber, or Gherkin.
• Background in financial services or investment platforms, or knowledge of WCF, N-Tier, or Clean Architecture.
