What you will do

• Partner with First Line teams to provide proactive regulatory guidance.
• Challenge and manage regulatory risks, incidents, and remediation activities.
• Advise on projects, product development, acquisitions, and strategic plans.
• Support the design and implementation of regulatory controls and compliance frameworks.
• Assess regulatory changes and implement appropriate actions across the business.

Requirements

• B2B compliance advisory experience.
• Experience with the FCA regulatory framework, including Consumer Duty and conduct risk principles.
• Knowledge of UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and broader privacy requirements.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into clear, practical business advice.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Knowledge of data protection and data privacy.
• Exposure to Open Banking, AISP regulations, or Payment Institution requirements.
