TL;DR
Senior Data Engineer (Microsoft Azure): Designing, building, and maintaining enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines and integrated data solutions across a Microsoft-centric platform with an accent on data governance, quality, and reliable data flows. Focus on optimizing complex T-SQL queries, orchestrating Azure Data Factory pipelines, modeling and integrating Dataverse data, and collaborating with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stakeholders.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work with on-site attendance at the Lisbon office approximately two days per week.

is hiring a senior data engineering professional to build and maintain enterprise data solutions within a Microsoft-centric platform.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines across systems.
- Lead data refactoring and integration projects, improving data flows and platform performance.
- Maintain documentation for data pipelines and architecture.
- Contribute to data governance initiatives covering data quality, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated data solutions.
- Engage stakeholders, translate complex data concepts, and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL and T-SQL, including complex queries and stored procedures.
- Hands-on experience developing and orchestrating pipelines with Azure Data Factory.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and integration.
- Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud-based ETL best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues, optimize performance, and ensure pipeline reliability and accuracy.
- Strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, or Azure Databricks.
- Python, C#, or PowerShell for data transformation and automation.
- CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Git experience for data engineering projects.
- Data quality frameworks, governance tools, Power BI, or other BI tools.
- Basic understanding of machine learning pipelines or model deployment.
