Location: Hybrid (Lisbon, Portugal) - on-site approximately two days per week

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure efficient data extraction and loading across systems.
• Lead data refactoring and integration projects to optimize platform performance and data flows.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and contribute to data governance, security, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform teams to deliver integrated enterprise data solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical data guidance.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL (T-SQL), including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience developing and orchestrating pipelines with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Proven experience working within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, specifically in data modeling and integration.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL best practices in cloud environments.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal to support the hybrid working model.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure Data Lake.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, or PowerShell for advanced data transformation and automation.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Git.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Azure Databricks, or basic machine learning pipelines.
