What you will do

• Lead and implement technical roadmaps for clients, ensuring alignment with overall architecture and business needs.
• Oversee the system architecture to ensure technical components effectively deliver customer requirements.
• Develop and operate data solutions using Python, Spark, RESTful APIs, and Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Deliver scalable data platforms, including data lakes, hubs, recommendation systems, and dashboards.
• Coach and mentor product team members to ensure the delivery of best-in-class data products.
• Manage project activities and evaluate business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role, including developing and deploying ETL solutions on Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Azure services: Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Azure Functions, and App logic.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing principles (ODS, data marts, data lakes, data vault, 3NF).
• Advanced skills in SQL, data transformation, data profiling, and Python (PySpark).
• Proven experience in people management (teams of at least 2 members).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airflow, Kubernetes, or Great Expectations.
• Basic knowledge of PowerBI.
• Master's degree in a technical discipline.
