What you will do
- Diagnose data and business problems, develop hypotheses, and implement relevant solutions.
- Process structured and unstructured data and perform ETL activities.
- Develop automated data-processing code and scalable data solutions.
- Develop and maintain data solutions for client projects.
- Communicate with executive-level client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with data science, reporting, and product development teams.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in data engineering.
- Graduate degree or higher with coursework in programming and data analytics.
- Strong logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Programming skills in Python, Scala, or another scripting language.
- Good knowledge of SQL and a basic understanding of big data.
- Knowledge of at least one cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP. Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
