What you will do

• Lead the delivery of Joint Business Plans with strategically important, multi-touch partners.
• Translate partner strategies into clear workstreams, timelines, and measurable deliverables.
• Manage the governance process for assigned partners, including business reviews and performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to unlock client growth and improve adoption of partner capabilities.
• Collaborate with commercial and client teams to ensure partnership activity is connected to measurable business outcomes.
• Support the development of the data and technology partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic partnerships, commercial roles, or business development within the media, advertising, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising and media landscape.
• Experience supporting joint plans and cross-functional commercial programmes.
• Proven relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to lead and manage a team to ensure day-to-day operational delivery.
• Must be based in London, UK and able to work in the office ~4 days a week.
