What you will do

• Analyze and document partner-facing OSS processes and current workflows for installation and order handling.
• Document ticket and order decomposition across internal teams and external partners.
• Identify manual workarounds, process gaps, and operational risks.
• Define requirements for partner fulfillment, field service, and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with System Analysts to align process steps with interfaces and data ownership.
• Prepare workshops and document acceptance criteria from a business perspective.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis and process documentation.
• Experience in telecom, field service, utilities, or network operations.
• Ability to document complex operational workflows and conduct stakeholder interviews.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above
• German: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above

Nice to have

• Experience with field service management systems or trouble ticketing/case management.
• Experience with partner portals or partner management processes.
• Experience working within DACH or German-speaking client environments.
