What you will do

• Review, validate, and process marketing claims, rebates, and partner funding requests.
• Perform claim reconciliations and resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase records, and promotions.
• Monitor claim submission and reimbursement status to ensure timely recovery of eligible funds.
• Prepare analysis and reports on claim activity, budget utilization, and fund recovery performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve claim-related inquiries.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to partner funding programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–4 years of experience in B2B Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Claims Processing.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone).
• Ability to work from the Taguig City office (10+ RTO days monthly).
