What you will do

• Ensure the integrity of general ledger balances through timely closing, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare and post intermediate to complex manual journal entries within the ERP system.
• Perform high-risk account reconciliations and develop action plans for reconciling items.
• Prepare and submit periodic financial and regulatory reports for statutory and management needs.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure process accuracy.
• Provide accounting support to local business partners and non-finance departments regarding complex concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy required.
• 3–4 years of experience in a finance environment within a large corporate organization.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center, BPO, or offshore migration setup.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Amenable to working on a mid-shift schedule.
