What you will do

• Perform Key Control Testing from a First Line of Defense perspective following Global Procedures and SOx Content Binders.
• Conduct readiness checks and process walkthroughs for financial, operational, and regulatory workflows.
• Review the design and operating effectiveness of key controls to comply with SOx, GDPR, and ISAE standards.
• Document test results, articulate risks, and provide recommendations for identified issues or deviations.
• Coordinate the testing process from start to conclusion based on ING policies and circle planning.
• Identify process improvement areas to enhance operational efficiency and control strength.

Requirements

• Proven experience performing the full cycle of key control testing, including walkthroughs and evaluations.
• Strong understanding of risk and controls concepts.
• Must be based in Manila for onsite work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and handle ambiguity under stress.

Nice to have

• CIA or CPA certification.
• 2+ years of experience in internal or external audit.
• Knowledge of KYC, US withholding tax, FATCA, or GPDP.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Power Automate.
