What you will do

• Govern technical definition and implementation of GA EOL test systems including diagnostics, flash programming, and ADAS checks.
• Manage EOL test coverage for SDV functions such as OTA readiness, connectivity, and central compute.
• Support GA EOL process design for export programs in greenfield or major retool projects, focusing on layout and capacity.
• Benchmark and introduce industry trends in SDV and E/E architectures to improve GA EOL processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers within China JV plant sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 10+ years of automotive plant experience, with at least 5 years in GA and/or EOL test engineering.
• Proven experience in greenfield or major brownfield plant builds, including ramp-up and stabilization.
• Solid understanding of vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, and communication networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Familiarity with Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) concepts and zonal architectures.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with GM Global B / VIP, GBFTT or equivalent OEM systems for vehicle flash and test.
• Hands-on experience with MES/EOL systems and plant IT integration.
• Experience leading or mentoring cross-site engineering teams in a regional or global network.
