What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Deployment Workflow Systems and reporting platforms to enable program delivery and operational governance.
• Translate business and IT requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with strategic technology roadmaps.
• Design and implement ServiceNow capabilities across ITBM, SPM, CSM, ITSM, and ITOM, including workflow automation and orchestration.
• Drive business transformation through process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow re-engineering.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and risk management to maximize business value.
• Enhance BI capabilities by developing dashboards, self-service reporting, and data integration strategies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of expertise in ServiceNow covering solution architecture and implementation (ITBM, SPM, CSM, ITSM, ITOM, Integration Hub).
• Strong technical architecture skills with experience in JavaScript, REST/SOAP web services, and microservices.
• Proven experience in delivering Digital, SaaS, and Enterprise Software initiatives through business process analysis.
• Advanced engineering skills in Java, Node.js, React, Angular, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and design thinking.
