What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems, workflows, and triage processes for the Health & Safety function.
• Build and manage a structured H&S workflow to ensure requests are captured, prioritized, routed, and tracked.
• Develop and enhance self-service methods to enable colleagues to access H&S guidance and support more efficiently.
• Improve the quality, structure, and visibility of H&S data and reporting to support operational insight and decision-making.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual effort.
• Support the integration of systems and data to create a consistent approach across H&S activity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in roles focused on digital systems, reporting, data, or operational insight.
• Track record of delivering practical improvements to systems, workflows, or reporting arrangements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to maintain data quality and produce accurate management information.
• Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK (hirify.global does not offer sponsorship for this position).

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, or the wider Microsoft Power Platform.
