Operational Insights Lead (Cleantech)

Location: Must be based in London (hybrid, minimum 3 days a week in office) and able to travel to Brighton 1-2 times a month

What you will do

• Analyze customer journey data to build a comprehensive "Voice of the Customer" view.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting to track operational performance.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Head of Customer Operations to create and implement CX strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across frontline teams, data teams, and senior leadership (SLT).
• Oversee headcount forecasting tooling and lead transformational projects to drive operational change.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in roles bridging data and operations, ideally in management/strategy consulting or scale-ups.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and experience exploring AI tooling.
• Proven ability to extract meaningful strategies from messy datasets and handle vague briefs.
• Experience communicating complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work (min 3 days/week) and available for travel to Brighton.
