What you will do
- Drive the continuous improvement and standardization of strategic procurement processes and governance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and BI teams to optimize cross-functional ways of working.
- Harmonize procurement KPIs, reporting, and governance across different countries for scalability.
- Manage transformation and continuous improvement projects from concept through to implementation.
- Support the development and execution of the Procurement roadmap and key strategic initiatives.
- Prepare business cases and decision-making materials for executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or Economics.
- 2-4 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Procurement Excellence, or Transformation.
- Experience in international, fast-paced environments, ideally in Retail, E-Commerce, or Healthcare.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with excellent project management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Fluent communication in both German and English.
