What you will do

  • Develop and execute a Spain-specific field marketing and events strategy to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including flagship events, roundtables, and digital engagement.
  • Collaborate with PR and communications to amplify brand storytelling and secure earned media opportunities.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Spanish legal associations and industry influencers.
  • Analyze campaign performance and regional marketing results using Salesforce and Looker to optimize ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Spain with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish is required for local market engagement.
  • Strong track record in field marketing, event strategy, and demand generation within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience building programs from the ground up and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate with strategic clarity while executing hands-on marketing activations.
