TL;DR
Software Engineer (AI): Building an AI-first product development lifecycle (PDLC) platform with an accent on AI tools, managed agents, and the Digital Thread. Focus on directing AI across the build loop, validating production-standard output, and developing agentic workflows to optimize the engineering process.
Location: Hybrid (2+ days/week in office) in Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do
- Own end-to-end feature delivery using AI as the default instrument from specification to pull request.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for AI-generated code, refactoring to eliminate hallucinations and architectural flaws.
- Develop and share AI prompts, agentic workflows, and reusable patterns to improve team efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers in adopting AI-first development practices.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and DevOps to transform intent into shipped software.
Requirements
- Professional experience delivering production software and owning features end-to-end.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated regular practice with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Strong fundamentals in either backend or frontend development with the ability to work across the full stack.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows.
- English: Fluent (C1) required
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring other engineers or leading specific workstreams.
- Familiarity with RAG patterns, embeddings, or vector databases.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
