What you will do

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations.
• Utilize CAD software to create accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers on design refinements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and zoning regulations.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
• Maintain organized project records and assist in preparing presentation materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Drafting Technology.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong knowledge of architectural standards and construction methods.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical drawing and detailing skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or 3Ds Max.
