What you will do
- Own the end-to-end growth roadmap and budget experimentation strategies to maximize ROI across business verticals.
- Design and scale high-impact performance campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok optimized for user acquisition.
- Lead UA efforts in assigned regions, collaborating with local stakeholders to adapt strategies to market context.
- Analyze creative performance data to provide actionable insights for the creative team.
- Partner with Martech, Analytics, and Brand teams to align on growth initiatives and documentation.
- Monitor pacing and metrics like Paybacks, CPA, and iROI to inform quarterly budget planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok with deep knowledge of ad platform mechanics.
- Track record of managing 5-digit+ monthly budgets across multiple markets with full accountability for ROI.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in incrementality and conversion lift tests.
- Proficiency with GA4 and MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
- Ability to translate data into creative insights to inform asset production.
- Self-driven project management skills for independent testing and cross-functional communication.
