What you will do

  • Own the full paid acquisition function on Google Ads across multiple product domains.
  • Personally launch, optimize, and scale Search and PMax campaigns while mentoring the team.
  • Build and own automation systems and the martech stack with an AI-first approach.
  • Hire, develop, and manage a team of senior UA/PPC managers.
  • Define annual and quarterly budget planning and traffic diversification strategies.
  • Partner with GM and Analytics teams to optimize unit economics, LTV modeling, and cohort analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Head, Team Lead, or leadership role in User Acquisition or PPC.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads as a core channel.
  • Experience driving web-based paid acquisition (traffic to subscription) rather than mobile app installs.
  • Full-cycle people management experience including hiring and performance development.
  • Track record of managing large budgets ($1M+/mo) and scaling ad spend significantly.
  • Strong analytical skills in attribution, funnel analysis, and unit economics.

Nice to have

  • Experience with subscription business models, ideally in AI or SaaS.
  • Experience launching an ad channel from zero.
  • Proficiency across multiple Google Ads formats including GDN, Performance Max, and Discovery.
  • Experience with Bing Ads or video/CTV formats.
  • Experience implementing predictive metrics like pLTV.
