operates a portfolio of four brands within the Valuation & Property Services (VPS) ecosystem.
What you will do
- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies to drive revenue and customer growth across four VPS brands.
- Lead the turnaround and continuous optimization of paid media programs, managing an annual investment of approximately $3.4 million.
- Own the Google Ads strategy and performance, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Shopping campaigns.
- Implement integrated full-funnel strategies across Meta, YouTube, and Microsoft Ads using appropriate attribution models.
- Conduct rigorous account audits and lead a disciplined testing program for bidding, audiences, and landing pages.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, SEO, CRO, and Finance to maximize overall marketing efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience managing complex paid acquisition programs with direct responsibility for revenue growth.
- Expert-level experience with Google Ads and a proven track record of rebuilding underperforming accounts.
- Deep expertise in full-funnel paid media strategy, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency with GA4, Shopify, attribution platforms, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
- Strong analytical ability to translate complex data into executive-level strategic recommendations.
