What you will do

  • Own the full paid acquisition funnel in Google Ads from strategy to execution and scaling.
  • Manage large monthly budgets while ensuring accountability for revenue and ROAS targets.
  • Launch and optimize Search and PMax campaigns to drive web-based subscription growth.
  • Develop and test new acquisition hypotheses, including AI-intent directions.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Growth teams to improve unit economics and LTV modeling.
  • Build automation systems and define operational excellence for testing processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns with monthly budgets of $500K+.
  • Proven track record of driving web-based paid acquisition rather than mobile app installs.
  • Strong analytical skills including attribution, funnel analysis, and cohort thinking.
  • Experience building and managing experimentation processes and testing frameworks.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or similar reporting systems.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading or mentoring a small UA/PPC team.
  • Familiarity with PMax mechanics, feed structure, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Previous experience setting up UA functions from scratch.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO.
  • Interest in AI products and AI-related search behavior.
