What you will do

• Own full end-to-end relationships with ~10 strategic partners to maximize both sales and purchase optimization.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelines through co-sell motions and joint account planning.
• Negotiate master framework agreements, including rebates, discounts, and incentives to structurally improve gross margin.
• Establish a clear operating rhythm with partners via QBRs, pipeline reviews, and performance updates.
• Enable sales teams through partner briefings, solution narratives, and playbooks to align capabilities with client needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Legal to consolidate spend and rationalise the vendor base.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in partnerships/alliances and commercial or procurement leadership.
• Cybersecurity or technology background required (non-negotiable).
• Proven success in negotiating master framework agreements and delivering tier-status improvements with major technology vendors.
• Strong commercial acumen in both revenue growth (sell-side) and cost optimization (buy-side).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in MBZ City, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
