What you will do

• Set up and manage sending domains, subdomains, and inboxes across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Configure and maintain critical DNS records including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX.
• Monitor inbox health, spam rates, and sender reputation to ensure high deliverability.
• Rotate domains and inboxes to maintain infrastructure stability at scale.
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues and maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation.
• Continuously optimize sending processes to support aggressive scaling goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Hands-on experience managing cold email infrastructure at scale.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices.
• Proficiency with tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Clay, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience managing hundreds to thousands of inboxes simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive monitoring capabilities.
