Salary: $98,823–$117,000 CAD (Ontario band)

What you will do
- Own the global revenue onboarding strategy, operating model, and 5-week learning journey for new hires.
- Partner with regional enablement leads and revenue leaders in EMEA and APAC to coordinate program execution.
- Architect and maintain the source-of-truth onboarding curriculum across key learning platforms.
- Manage end-to-end cohort operations, including scheduling, logistics, and graduation milestones.
- Facilitate high-impact live sessions covering platform fundamentals, sales methodology, and competitive positioning.
- Equip frontline managers with feedback protocols and resources to reinforce onboarding concepts.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Onboarding within AdTech, Martech, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven success building and scaling global, cohort-based onboarding programs across multiple time zones.
- Fluency in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and experience with enablement tools like Gong, LearnUpon, or HighSpot.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to track multi-layered stakeholder sign-offs.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate, Vyond, or Camtasia.
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
