What you will do
- Build MCP connectors and tool integrations for two-way access to analytics, SEO, search console, content tools, marketing platforms, and the internal data warehouse.
- Design and build data pipelines that surface real-time market data into a queryable layer agents can act on.
- Design, build, and evaluate agent skills (reusable blueprints) for SEO analysis, content production, localisation QA, and market reporting.
- Partner with a Country Manager to iterate on agent performance against real MAU and ARR outcomes and tighten the feedback loop between human direction and agent output.
- Replace manual processes with live tooling as the harness comes online to ship into real markets from week one.
- Document the harness, skills, and evaluation framework so the model can be deployed to additional markets.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in system engineering, system architecture, applied AI engineering, or an equivalent technical role.
- Strong computer science and engineering fundamentals with experience developing web applications.
- Hands-on experience managing cloud platform configurations, preferably AWS (Azure or GCP is a bonus).
- Experience with system integration infrastructure: APIs, webhooks, event pipelines, and ideally MCP.
- Hands-on experience building or evaluating LLM-based agents, tools, or skills (or strong engineering fundamentals and a fast path into agent architecture).
- Comfort working close to metrics by shipping into live operations and iterating based on real market data.
