Salary: $103,320 - $154,980 USD

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of customs and trade advisors.
• Develop and roll out new trade advisory service offerings.
• Own the team’s long-range strategy and business growth goals.
• Manage the entire portfolio of client projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide guidance on complex trade matters including tariff classification, valuation, and free trade agreements.
• Maintain active communication with clients, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensed Customs Broker, J.D., or graduate degree required.
• 10+ years of trade-related experience in-house, at a customs brokerage, consulting, or law firm.
• 3-5 years of experience managing associates, projects, and business metrics.
• Strong technical and business writing skills.
• Advanced command of tariff classification, valuation, and duty minimization strategies.
