Salary: $107,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead mechanical architecture, parts design, and functional validation for concurrent connected product programs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers, establishing design quality standards.
• Drive mechanical design strategy in partnership with ID, Product, and Program Management teams.
• Own system integration of mechanical and electromechanical subassemblies across cross-functional groups.
• Champion DFM and manufacturing readiness, guiding programs through all development milestones.
• Oversee reliability testing programs and drive corrective actions to ensure performance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical design of consumer electronics, IoT, or electro-mechanical products.
• Proven track record of shipping multiple high-volume products from concept to mass production.
• Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills at a senior level.
