What you will do

• Create and maintain integrated project plans, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Manage material availability by overseeing bills of materials (BOM) and technical product drawings.
• Conduct logistics risk analyses and secure financial resources for packaging and customer tooling.
• Drive supplier readiness and timeline adherence for large-scale transfer projects toward Asia.
• Execute technical release procedures, including first build qualification and Factory Integration Testing.
• Resolve bottlenecks and escalations across suppliers, factories, and engineering teams through root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• MSc in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• Up to 7 years of experience in planning, logistics, and quality, preferably in high-tech, low-volume environments.
• Proven experience in project management related to supply chain engineering or new product logistics.
• Experience in driving process development and systemic improvements.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology according to the United States Export Administration Regulations.
