TL;DR

Project Coordinator (Supply Chain) (Product Lifecycle Management): Coordinating technology-driven development and transfer projects to secure material availability, supplier readiness, logistics, and quality assurance with an accent on cross-functional planning, engineering changes, and supply continuity. Focus on managing n-tier capacity risks, technical release milestones, tooling and buffer strategies, and escalations across suppliers, factories, and engineering.

hirify.global’s Product Lifecycle Management department supports technology-driven development projects and global part transfers within the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement organization.

What you will do

Create integrated project plans, maintain milestones, and incorporate logistics requirements into product designs.
Order materials, manage supply and demand schedules, and secure material availability throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct logistics risk analyses and plan packaging, customer tooling, buffers, and related financial resources.
Coordinate engineering-change implementation plans while protecting material timing, cost, and quality.
Support transfer projects by driving supplier readiness, timeline adherence, continuity of supply, and technical release activities.
Manage escalations across suppliers, factories, and engineering by identifying root causes and implementing corrective solutions.

Requirements

MSc in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
Up to 7 years of experience in planning, logistics processes, and quality, preferably in a high-tech, low-volume environment.
Experience with new product ramp-up, project management, supply chain engineering, or new product logistics.
Experience driving process development and process improvements.
Strong planning, stakeholder management, persuasion, collaboration, and accountability skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity, demonstrate resilience, and apply root cause analysis to drive improvements.
