What you will do

• Own customer accounts and coordinate end-to-end processing and delivery of batch data requests.
• Analyze customer requirements, prepare project specifications, and establish and monitor project timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver accurate outputs in the required format and within agreed timescales.
• Process projects through D&B systems, manage workflow allocation, and complete delivery administration and cost tracking.
• Perform final quality assurance and ensure output consistency and compliance with customer contracts and SLAs.
• Support custom solutions, complex productions, delivery transformation initiatives, and customer retention efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Understanding of global databases in a business-to-business environment.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience communicating complex order specifications and establishing project schedules.
• Strong customer focus, ownership of issue resolution, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• English proficiency and fluency in languages relevant to the Taiwanese working market where applicable.
