Senior Power Generation Operations & Maintenance Specialist (Engineering)

Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid environment with approximately 20% travel required).

What you will do

• Provide technical consulting on power generation EPC, modifications, and O&M projects.
• Evaluate conventional and renewable technologies and lead decommissioning and separation planning.
• Develop outage management processes, technical procedures, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates.
• Lead the preparation of assessment studies, reports, and client presentations.
• Mentor team members on the latest power generation technologies and operational processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in power generation.
• Extensive knowledge of power plant operations, maintenance, and outage planning.
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of experience as a Plant Engineer.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• Experience with conventional boilers, turbines, generators, and balance of plant equipment.
• Knowledge of regulatory and environmental requirements for O&M and outage phases.
